ITS T&D
ITS Training and Development is about communication. In 1998, we
saw an unfulfilled need in the Insurance and insurance-software
industry; the need for someone to help bridge the communication
gap between Insurance People and people not in an
insurance-related role, but still striving to make the company
better.
Since then, ITS T&D has hosted and conducted classes for some of the largest insurance carriers in the US, as well as had many small-company employees attend its regional seminars. We have helped statewide carriers create their training program, assisted national carriers with improving theirs, hosted classes for regional farm bureaus and held customized classes for MedMals.
Whatever you may be; a carrier, agent or software vendor, there's some way we can help your people all get on the same page and speak the language that they can all understand: Insurance.

ITS Training & Development's On-Site Workshops are semi-custom
classes designed for a single client, and can be tailored to the
particular needs of our customer's training specifications.
These workshops are wholly interactive and are delivered by one
of our highly experienced facilitation team members, who on
average have more than 20 years of insurance experience. The
course also includes a student guide, workbook and
quick-reference guide for each attendee. More info.
Our Regional Foundations seminars are highly interactive classes
conducted by our facilitation team members. Designed for
companies with a need to introduce between 1-10 people to the
fundamentals of insurance operations, these classes can host up
to 40 people from various regional insurance companies and
insurance software vendors. Like the On-Site Workshops, each
attendee will receive a student guide, workbook and
